Our son has started his Orthodontic journey with an expander and brackets. We have had a positive experience with everyone we have encountered at Cheng Orthodontics! From our first consult meeting to our regular follow-up visits, everyone has been informative, friendly, and kind. Edit May 2026: My 10yo son is now getting trestment from Dr Cheng and his team and we still agree with the below review! Everything from the start of the process has been smooth. Treatment plan was also explained well as well as cost. My daughter has been going here for about 9 months for her first course of treatment. I cant say enough great things! We love it. Customer service is top notch. Dr. Cheng is very knowledgable, professional, and has great bedside manner as do all of his assistants. I think the cost is reasonable but I don't have anything to compare it too and they offer many different payment options. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment young or old.

Dr. Cheng has great attention to detail and was very kind during his interaction with my daughter. The staff has always been patient and understanding. They are able to fit us in even when it is short notice.

Everyone has been very helpful and communicate has been great through the whole process. My son got his braces on today and Gigi was so good and patient with him. Highly recommended!

My son had his braces applied today. I was really impressed with the management of care between many patients at once. There is excellent communication between all staff to manage time really well and minimize wait times while the doctor moves between patients. Our assistant was Stanlynn and she was absolutely wonderful!!!

Dr. Cheng and his staff are wonderful. They've removed a lot of the stress from the process of my child getting braces. The provide a high level of support and information to ensure you are comfortable with the plan.

Everyone was super helpful and shout out to Erin for explaining things clearly. And the goodies are a big win for the kiddos.

GiGi is the woman who placed my braces on & it was such a smooth process! She was super kind, funny, & made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. She made it feel like I was with somebody who was a friend & not somebody in the ortho office, which was super nice & reassuring. Any questions I had were answered & the staff was all extremely pleasant! I was told it was going to be a 2 hour appointment, my appointment was at 8:30am; i walked out right at 10:30am!

Dr. Cheng’s office has been fantastic. My five year old had a cross bite and going into orthodontic treatment at such a young age was very worrisome. He and his team have made it a breeze. Highly recommend!

This office is absolutely amazing. We started here with my daughter & the service and staff are so kind, caring & thorough. My youngest son has now started treatment & Stan was very understanding & kind to him when he was getting nervous. I have 2 other kids that will be going to Dr Cheng when they are ready. The office is clean and inviting, scheduling is easy & in office payments make things so much easier. Highly recommend!

Braces came off in less than 30 minutes warranting another urgent visit

Very knowledgeable staff that are doing a great job with my daughter's treatment. Front desk could use a bit more personality, but overall a good experience. Kelsee helped us out one visit and she was very kind.

Quantity over quality......dont know what your doing in 6 months from now on a tuesday at 10 a.m. well you better if you come here or they'll charge ya for it. Want to ask a question, ask the same question to 5 people amd get five different answers this is the place for you. Want voicemails 5 minutes before they close for the weekemd so you dont have a chance to call back this is the place for you. If you want quick non personal braces take your kid here. if you want a more personal expirience to ensure your kid has the straight white smile to last a lifetime id suggest go somewhere where they actually care. 😉 Id go somewhere else if we werent more rhan halfway through treatment. Save your money and go somewhere more personal this is the Mcdonalds of braces.

We had a great experience at Cheng Orthodontics! Getting braces can be nerve-wracking, especially for kids, but everything went so smoothly for my son. A special thank you to Gigi, the dental assistant, who truly made all the difference. My son was very nervous about getting his braces and expander, but Gigi immediately put him at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything in a way he could understand, and kept things light and friendly the entire time. We’ve had such a great experience at Dr. Cheng Orthodontics. This is our third child receiving braces from Dr. Cheng, and we’ve consistently had wonderful care. Gigi was incredibly helpful and patient with my daughter while she got her braces on a couple weeks ago. She took the time to answer all of her questions and explain everything, which really helped ease her nerves. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng and his staff.

We definitely loved having Gigi as our assistant she made sure Gabby was taken care of and always made sure she was comfortable and since it was Gabby's first time of course she was a little nervous but Gigi made everything better and I could not be happier with the experience we had❤️

Despite my daughter proving quite difficult, they were very patient with her. She even says she likes going there for her appointments (even though she doesn't act like it while she's there).
