From our first consult meeting to our regular follow-up visits, everyone has been informative, friendly, and kind. Edit May 2026: My 10yo son is now getting trestment from Dr Cheng and his team and we still agree with the below review! Everything from the start of the process has been smooth. Treatment plan was also explained well as well as cost. My daughter has been going here for about 9 months for her first course of treatment. I cant say enough great things! We love it. Customer service is top notch. Dr. Cheng is very knowledgable, professional, and has great bedside manner as do all of his assistants. I think the cost is reasonable but I don't have anything to compare it too and they offer many different payment options. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment young or old.

Dr. Cheng has great attention to detail and was very kind during his interaction with my daughter. The staff has always been patient and understanding. They are able to fit us in even when it is short notice.
