We had a great experience with orthodontic technician Gi Gi! The whole experience was amazing; they were all friendly and patient, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Their attention to detail and positive attitude made the visit so much easier. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Cheng Orthodontics has been wonderful working with my son over the past 2 years. They are always kind, professional, and great at making my son feel comfortable. They've coordinated with his regular dentist and an orthodontic surgeon to create great care, and his smile shows it!

I love Cheng’s office. Dr. Cheng is the sweetest and makes my kiddo feel so comfortable. Janette at the front has always been helpful. She’s helped us get our daughter in for an urgent appointment to fix her braces. Always so easy to work with. Jayla we have had several times and she is calm with my daughter who can sometimes be stubborn. Everyone that I have worked with has been so amazing. I also love the way they run their business. It is a well oiled machine and you can tell the staff is appreciated by Dr. Cheng.
