My son was extremely nervous, and she took the time to explain everything, reassure him, and make him feel completely comfortable. You could tell she truly cared, and her calm, friendly approach made all the difference.

Everyone here is so nice. We were told step by step what to expect and they answered all the questions we had with patience. Gigi was the one to put his expander and braces on and she was so great! Spoke to my son so he could understand everything that was happening and was so friendly! Happy we chose Cheng Orthodontics.

Two of my girls needed braces and we brought both here. Facility is super modern and love that the waiting room provides some entertainment for younger siblings. Easy to schedule appointments and flexible scheduling. Great payment options. First kiddo just finished and her teeth look great!

Editing to add: My second daughter just got her braces off and her teeth look beautiful! Happy with the payment plan and how they adjusted her removal date to help us with payments. So glad we found this office and looking forward to using them again for my youngest daughter.

My daughter had a great no pain experience getting her braces and expander on today. Everything was clean and done in a routine manner definitely pleased. I would also like to add I’m impressed to see how technology has changed at the same doctor I received my braces from when I was a kid.

Cheng Orthodontics is excellent! The staff is very kind and they make you feel very comfortable. They are all extremely knowledgeable and good at what they do. Stan did a fantastic job putting my braces on and kept me in the loop step by step. I highly recommend this office.

Gigi was our assistant on the day my son got his braces. She was super nice and helpful. She made my sons day when she had all the fun stuff animals on the wall. Cheng office has done an amazing job and if we need to get in to be seen, they are very accommodating.

Dr. Cheng and the rest of his staff are great to work with! They always try to accommodate your schedule and get you in earlier if possible. The office is very kid friendly and makes it easy to spend many appointments there. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The assistant we last worked with, Cristina was great!

My daughter got her braces and expander on today. She was very nervous leading up to this appointment. Daisy did a great job making sure she felt comfortable. She explained what she was going to do at each step before she did it. Her explanations were easy for a young child to understand. We had a great experience.

As an adult, I got braces today and my experience could not have been better! Stan showed care explaining each step as we went, making sure I understood what was going to happen, answering my questions, and checking to make sure I was comfortable during the process. I finally got my braces off and it seems like it was yesterday when I had them on, Dr Cheng really makes changes in your smile used to be really insecure about it and still am in a way because it's new but I'm so much more confident and thank you to Gigi as well for helping with my retainer and the follow up process to maintain my smile I appreciate everyone at Cheng Orthodontics and if you're reading this and not sure about coming here well I recommend you do (:

Our overall experience at Cheng Orthodontics has been great! Dr. Cheng is top notch. He and his staff are very welcoming and professional, especially Dental assistant Kelsee. Kelsee was always so kind, upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable. She really made my daughter’s experience a positive one!

Honestly so far the experience at Cheng orthodontics has been amazing. My son just got expanders top and bottom. He was very nervous. At each appointment to get ready for the expanders the “tech” has been very nice and explained everything as they went in and took breaks for him. Made him feel comfortable. He had Stan at his final appointment to put the expanders in. She was kind and patient with him as he was very nervous and asked lots of questions. She had to step away and someone else stepped in for her. She is the only one I felt uncomfortable with. Was not as patient and attitude seems not as good and positive like the others: but the other ladies made up for it. Also, my son plays sports and I was informed they had a sport mouth guard we could buy. I was told $5.00. When I went to purchase it the front told me $10.00 (I was expecting $5.00 as that’s what I was told on 3 different occasions) and cash only (this was never relayed to me). Also, for ACH, the plastic signs on the counter says they can do weekly payments which I wanted to do but was told they don’t do that, or she’s never set it up and didn’t know how. Didn’t offer to try and figure it out or ask anyone if it could be done. It would be very helpful to be able to pay weekly. Otherwise orthodontic wise great team!

We have had a great experience so far with Cheng Orthodontics! My 8 year old is currently having her upper palate expanded as well as having a lower expander and a few brackets on both top and bottom teeth. We have already noticed progress just 3 months in. Highly recommend Dr. Cheng!
