We love Dr. Cheng! From the moment you walk in the door you feel right at home. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cheng is always so sweet to our daughter and she loves going and getting her Cheng bucks that she can use on a variety of toys and prizes! The results speak for themselves!
Dr. Cheng is very kind just like all of his staff. I was able to recieve treatment back when his office was located in Crystal Lake. I would recommend him over and over. Very pleased with my new smile.😊
We loved going to Dr. Cheng for my 8 year old expansion & brace journey. We didn't have insurance that covered it but we met with the finance office & they were able to get us a price that worked with us. He got them off a month ahead of time too. I keep looking at my son's teeth, they are so straight now!

We have had a good experience with Cheng Orthodontics. The staff has always been nice. Our child looks forward to playing in the mini arcade, and loves getting Cheng Bucks she can use to get stuff.
Super happy with the care my daughter has received! Easy to find times and dates that work for us to schedule appointments, including a couple emergency appointments. Fun and friendly office, and staff have all been amazing. Highly recommend!

We’ve had a great experience with Cheng Orthodontics over the last year. The staff is nice, transparent about their services, and answered all my questions. Dr Cheng was helpful and walked me through a bracket issue while we were in Florida. Also, the video games in the waiting space is a win.

This place is highly reccomended! You will not find another place as professional and familial than this!
