CATHI
SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Cathi has worked in the Orthodontic field for over a decade and has been involved in every aspect from assisting, managing the clinic floor to administrative roles in the front. She loves seeing the patients start to finish transformations and how much confidence and happiness they gain from their beautiful smile! Cathi enjoys any activity outdoors, gardening, traveling and spending time with her boyfriend and two cats at their home.
JANETT
SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Janett enjoys running, lifting weights, and spending time with my family and friends. I truly love working at Cheng Orthodontics, where I take pride in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for every patient. Being at the front desk allows me to see patients from before they begin their braces journey to after they leave with confident, beautiful smiles, and I love being part of that transformation while helping create the best patient experience possible.
EREN
RECEPTION
Eren is a dedicated dental professional who excels at managing the front desk and welcoming new patients. Outside of her career, Eren is family-oriented and cherishes time with loved ones. She enjoys baking and exploring new recipes. Together with her boyfriend, she shares her home with two beloved dogs, Geoffery and Belle.
ARIANNA
FINANCIAL COORDINATOR AND TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Arianna is a graduate of Augustana College and our insurance and financial coordinator. She is married to Scott and mom to Leni and Lawson. She enjoys spending time family and friends any chance she gets! Summertime is her favorite season to be outdoors and is always up for a dance party too! Her favorite part of coming to work each day is her coworkers and seeing all of the confidence gained in each patient's new smile! We are so happy to have Arianna on our team, she takes great care of all our patients!
STACY
PATIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
Stacy has over 25 years in the dental field as an assistant and front reception. Her true passion is pediatrics and she fits right in our team with her kind and helpful personality. She enjoys spending time with her son, home improvement projects and scrapbooking.
ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANTS
ALISON
Alison enjoys making patients feel welcome and confident in their journey to a beautiful smile! She loves having a front row seat to help each patient reach their goal. She is always up to learning new procedures to better serve the parents and patients at Cheng Ortho. Every patient loves her easy going, cheerful attitude. Much of her time away from the office is spent at home in Belvidere with her daughter Ophelia crafting, books and movies. We are so blessed to have Alison as part of our team and she looks forward to helping you at your next visit!
CRISTINA
Cristina started in the dental field after completing an orthodontic assisting course here in Rockford. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement and confidence the patients receive from their beautiful smiles. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and spending as much time as she can outdoors with her two dogs Mochi and Luke.
DEISY
Deisy is a graduate of the Dental Assistant Program at Rock Valley College. She loves getting to know all the patients and seeing their new smiles once their treatment is completed. Patients all love Deisy's friendly and calm demeanor, she makes everyone feel at ease. In her free time, she loves watching her daughter play sports and taking her dog on long walks as well as spending time with her family and friends.
GIANA
Giana is a highly efficient assistant who brings organization, warmth, and attention to detail to her role. She’s super down to earth and is passionate about helping create confident, positive patient experiences. In her free time, Giana enjoys fashion, makeup, and spending quality time with her boyfriend, friends and her cats!
JAYLA
Jayla's love for orthodontics first began when she had braces as a kid. After completing the Rock Valley College Dental Assistant program she joined our Cheng family. Knowing how it feels to have braces gives her additional sympathy for our brave and strong patients that take on this commitment. Jayla loves to try new hairstyles and changing up her look. Don't be surprised if her hairstyle is different each visit you come! She is also a major foodie and loves trying different dishes. One can always strike up a conversation with her about food! She is very excited to meet you!
KELSEE
Kelsee has been a dental assistant since 2023 after receiving her dental assistant certification through rock valley college. Her kind hearted and understanding nature make her a well rounded assistant who is always willing to go above and beyond for her patients. When not in the office she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family, friends, and pets. A self titled coffee connoisseur her weekends are often spent trying new spots in her search for the perfect cup. Kelsee hopes to help you make your orthodontic journey as simple and fun as possible and is grateful to be a part of our team!
REYNALD
Rey has over eight years of experience in the field. I completed my dental assisting program at ECC, and I’m passionate about helping patients achieve healthier, straighter teeth. Outside of work, I’m happily married to my wife, who also works in the dental field, and together, we strive to make every patient’s visit positive and comfortable.
STANLYNN
Stanlynn is our very cheerful, witty orthodontic assistant who is born and raised in Rockford and graduated with her degree from Rock Valley College's dental assistant program. Stanlynn has always wanted to be in the dental field since she was in 3rd grade and we are happy she has found a home here! She is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
