Dr Cheng is good. but front desk “manager” Tia or whoever is so rude. Not sure how she even has a job dealing with customers. Even heard her calling someone crazy over the phone to someone else. She also made me cry my first day because the front desk did not communicate correctly my clear front brackets. Which every time I had communication with them over payment and total, I always said and confirmed clear brackets were included. She could have easily fixed the situation instead she was so rude to me after I had just had my lower and upper retainers grinded out of my teeth and I was sweating in pain from sensitive teeth.I had to go up and talk to the front and explain there was a miscommunication and she claims “no record” ,dry and coldly over and over basically, offering no help til I was crying and told me to calm down in a condescending tone, like I was a mental patient .Front of the line being rude to patients after you drop almost 10,000 cash in full payment not good business.

My son Braydon went on October 24, 2024 to get his braces placed and it was such a GREAT experience and my son did well. Cristina was so calm, patient , and kind with my son during his appointment that he was so calm that he went to sleep during the placing of his braces between Cristina and Dr. Chang we had a great experience with getting his braces on. Everyone in the office has been kind since the first day we came to the office from the front staff to the Dr, so I am really happy that I was recommended to come to this office.

I've had 2 of my kids treated at Dr. Cheng's office and plan to send my 3rd when she's ready. Super kid friendly and I recommend to everyone!

Cheng and his staff have been so inviting and has done an amazing job with both of our kids for the first phase of their orthodontia. We look forward to continuing to work with them.

Cheng Orthodontics was an awesome choice for orthodontics services! I experienced excellent customer service from the ladies and gentlemen employed there. We loved going to Dr. Cheng for my 8 year old expansion & brace journey. We didn't have insurance that covered it but we met with the finance office & they were able to get us a price that worked with us. He got them off a month ahead of time too. I keep looking at my son's teeth, they are so straight now!

We’ve had a great experience with Cheng Orthodontics over the last year. The staff is nice, transparent about their services, and answered all my questions. Dr Cheng was helpful and walked me through a bracket issue while we were in Florida. Also, the video games in the waiting space is a win.
