We’ve had such a great experience at Cheng Orthodontics, everyone is so kind and helpful. They are able to answer any questions that we have and have made the experience for my son very pleasant. The Cheng bucks are also a great incentive.

Dr. Cheng and his staff have been excellent during my son's year long experience with braces and an expander. We had to call several times for adjustments, help with his expander or loose teeth, and have always been able get last minute appointments. His teeth are looking great, and he is happy with his smile!

Very patient staff with our son! Always willing to fit us in when needed whether that be for a wire fix or to check out their cool prizes and games. My two year old even enjoys spending time there. Very kid friendly! Love it!

We have been so happy with the staff and services provided. I have never had an issues getting my daughter in for an appointment in a timely manner for any reason. Even if we call after hours with issues like loose brackets or poking wires, we always get a call back before the next business day opens and are fit in for a fix same day. They are always so patient and kind - my daughter has never feared or hated going to her orthodontist appointments. Definitely highly recommend!
